Pull up Mate Review

Here’s just a quick one for you guys that want a pull up bar and don’t want to mess up any door frames etc 😉

I started looking for a free standing pull up bar and came across PullUpMate .

The thing that impressed me most was how quick it was to put up and down – less than a minute!
