Here’s the Small Group Training Solution! (MONDAY 16TH JANUARY to SUNDAY 9th APRIL)
1-on-1 Personal Training can be £25-£50 a session (and might be what stops many people even getting 1 session)…….so we have devised a plan to make it more personable and more affordable:
- Several Slots a week to pick from (including early morning, mid morning, lunchtime and evening)
- Train x Once or Twice a week…..including an option to maximise your training to unlimited (and given other simple fat-burning program you can do in open gym time)
- Personal Training Sessions will vary between £12.50-£20 depending on package you choose.
- Max number of people is 4…..and sometimes you will be getting 1-on-1 training ….for a slice of the price ! (Saving Approx £15-£30 a session!)
- Ongoing support

- Let me know what time slot you want! If someone books early and books different timeslots each week – you might not get your first choice!
This 12 week program is split into 3 phases…….Burn fat and Increase work capacity / Personal Intensity Records / Define and Burn!
