Alright!

Sunday was our 2 year Wedding Anniversary and I shared some of our moments on Facebook – It brought back memories!

Some Facebook Moments You Might Have Missed…………

1. Setting goals in your head is something we all tend to do.

Writing them down isn’t.

Why?

Because its easier to change an abstract goal than one committed to being written down!

Write a goal – and COMMIT!

2. Kids Are Back To School!

KIDS are back to school !!! (I myself will have to wait a few years for our Kiera to be going……..)

– Do you have a special one who’s just returned to school?
– Did you FEEL like you needed a sit down at 9.30am?
….OR A METABOLISM-BOOSTING TRAINING SESSION? Or just to get moving before you take-on the rest of the day?

We have places for the 9.30am slot indoor class on a Tuesday and a Friday.
