Just a quick update – the new Your Next Level Fitness Gym in Hessle (Livingstone Road).

So we have had a few sessions already……and we are all still finding our feet – finding what weights we used to lift, and what we are to aim for in future. It has been a tough 3 months – but when you work together and keep the momentum going – good things will happen if you stick at it!!!
