Hey up!

Just a quick and FUNNY one for you today………….but with all the thoughts and musings about weight loss, lean muscle, and all the other things to do with health that people in Hull will be thinking about on January 1st as usual 🙂

 

 

If you ‘ve been reading this website for a while, you’ll know that I’m a fan of simple things, hard work, and I don’t have a lot of time for messing about.

Take example 1:

Is this focussing on vetical pressing strength?

Very light weights……..so the answer is no.

Muscle size?

 Again very light weights so Im assuming no.

Fat loss?  Not knowing how many reps and set etc – its hard to know. 

What I do know is that this model bloke looks like he can use heavier weights – even if going for 20 reps+.  Why use a ball?  Just do a standing or seated shoulder press………and do some ab work on the ball as a SEPARATE exercise. 

Trying to do more things at once is just going to detract from the primary aim.  Pick ONE exercise and DO IT PROPERLY. This will give you a better chance of  you hitting your goals.

 

 And on to the next one

Example 2:

 You know my feelings about the shakeweight.  Trying to keep this website as clean as possible without these products is getting harder to do.
