You may know that we are not like most places you have been ….or seen before!

We believe there are times to train in a group or with a partner…..and there are times to train alone and work on other aspects such as

  • Specific Body parts (For example, arms, abs, thighs etc)
  • Maximal Strength on a specific exercise
  • Extra mobility / posture work
  • Cardiovascular fitness
